MMP update

Bastogne is fully in house and ready to build/ship following the ASL bundle Turning the Tide which begins shipping on Monday or maybe Tuesday (we'll be printing invoices on Monday, its already off the website).

After that its a race between GD'42, PBII, and AMDT to see whose components fully arrive. I won't bother predicting order.

DB2 is mostly ready to send to printers, and will probably begin doing so shortly. Map fixes off to Kurt and then they'll be ready to go, but maps are less time than counters so that's not a big timing issue. J2 at same time as DB2.

BRTGG waiting. Ops 52 gotta turnaround printing proofs and its ready to go.

So basically we're suddenly real busy again and will continue to be so for at least a few months i'd guess...
