ASL Journal #2 update

The good news:

Had to check some details, but see no reason why this won't be progressing.

We are trimming six pages from the magazine, removing the comprehensive rout example (its in the rulebook and conflicts with rulebook version in some instances) and three advertisements. This makes the rulebook a more 'printer friendly' 64 pages instead of 70 (knocked off a nice chunk from the price).

The magazine will include one and a half countersheets, errors fixed; hopefully none introduced. :smile:

The magazine will include one 22"x32" full color mapsheet.

The magazine will include two 3-hole punched "rules pages". These are the KR xeroxable map/player aid and the pages Z1/Z2 (KR rules).

The magazine will not include day 8 (in the rulebook) and the one-page "sticky errata" (will put on website if people want this).

The bad news:

Choosing a reasonable print run size, based on what we've already sold, means the above comes out to approximately $52 retail. I have to reprice w/o sticky errata, but it shouldn't shave much off the price.

A 64 page full-color magazine is just a pricey object at this print run size. Preordering it will save you 25%, of course.

Additionally, it won't get printed until I have some countersheets for ASL (VOTG or DB REPRINT) to print with it - it's not large enough to go by itself.

We -almost- have enough VOTG countersheets ready. We could have some DB countersheets ready. And we can pad out with a BV countersheet (getting ready for next reprint) if necessary - but we won't pad out more than one sheet.

Anyways, that's where we're at.

現実のものになるようですね。結構な値段ですが eBayでの ASL Journal #2の相場からすれば 1/5-1/4ではないでしょうか。
